FARO LAB
Field and Aerial Robotics Laboratory

Welcome to the website of the Field and Aerial Robotics (FARO) Laboratory led by Dr. Guilherme Pereira. Our lab has started its operations in 2018 and it is part of the Department of Mechanical, Materials and Aerospace Engineering at the Statler College of Engineering.

Our mission is to research the fundamental challenges of ground and aerial robots through innovative, inter-disciplinary research projects with collaborations across diverse fields of knowledge. Our main interest is to develop robots that can drive and fly autonomously in unknown and unstructured environments.
